Three nerdy guys looking for one roommate. Looking for Feb 15th or asap.

$1050 + utilities (normally around $75 per month).

We’re looking for someone clean, relatively quiet, easy to get along with.

We’ve also got a garage we can rent for parking for an additional $200 if you need it.

The three of us are daytime workers, tattoo artist, developer for a startup, and a game designer.

Unfortunately one of the guys is allergic to dogs and cats so we can’t do either.

We’re three males, who each work in different nerdy industries (Games company owner, nerd restaurant bartender/illustrator, startup techie).

We’re between 31 and 34 years old. Generally very relaxed, low maintenance, spend a lot of time in our rooms on computers.

We have a large house right off of West Queen West, with everything you could ever need nearby. None of us own cars so there’s a garage we use for just our bikes.

Other than that, we’re looking for someone similar to us (male or female), who is non-judgmental, happy, and clean.
