I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and I am looking to rent out the bedroom while I’ll take the living area. I currently have a queen size bed in there and there’s still decent room for more setup. Or you can bring your own bed in.

Cleanliness and personal hygiene is a must!! Vegan or vegetarian friendly and preferred (no exceptions). Bonus if you are a creative, artist or athlete.

Great location on Bloor Street in between Dufferin and Ossington subway stations. Close to everything. Mall, grocery stores, YMCA, Planet Fitness, etc.

I currently pay $1850. Room will be $825. Plus hydro roughly $15/mo + internet $25. Underground parking available extra $$. Laundry inside of building.

Deposit is for the first and last. Rent is for a month to month basis but 30 days notice if leaving.
