Rue Saint-Urbain

Hello everyone! I’m looking to do a lease transfer for my bedroom in a beautifully furnished Plateau apartment for January, dates are flexible ( preferable from January to February the latest). The apartment is one block from Jeanne-Mance Park, on Saint Urbain and Duluth, one block away from Boulevard Saint Laurent. Around 20 mins walk to McGill campus, bus 55 stop is just across the street. Steps away from grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, and everything.

It’s a 3 bedroom apartment, you will be living with my 2 lovely roommates. They speak English, French, and Spanish. They are two girls in the early 20s, One is a grad student at McGill, the other one is from France who just started to work in Montreal recently.

Rent is $800. Everything included (furniture, WiFi, electricity, hot water, etc). The room is furnished with a bed, nightstand, closet, a big dresser, a lamp, and even a trash can. You will find dishes and cookwares ready in the kitchen. All you need is to bring your suitcase.

The apartment is quite large and has a lovely bright kitchen, a washer/dryer, a living room, a balcony/terrace, and an office! It’s recently renovated by the landlord.
