The Entire home is Furnished (except for the bedroom): - shared washroom with standup shower and bath; shared kitchen; shared family/living room; shared hot tub (backyard) -Utilities, Internet + Netflix Included (750-850 per month) - laundry on-site (in the basement - shared) -House is steps away from GO station, grocery, gyms, coffee shops, and restaurants, one exit from Trafalgar.

I am looking for: -Working Professional or Student - neat and tidy - female - Willing to provide references - willing to provide first and last payment for rent

I am a 31 year old working professional. I occasionally enjoy hosting friends over and enjoy listening to music. I do work early mornings during the week and some weekends and thus would appreciate noise kept to a minimum in the late Nights. I am generally very open minded and Like a fair living space where everyone is comfortable.

Currently, I have one other roommate. He is very neat and tidy and very respectful and quiet.
