Located in Leslieville/Riverdale near the intersection of Greenwood and Gerrard, with 24hr transit and 25 minute street car ride to to Eaton Centre. Two other long term male tenants, with one having young children that visit. Big back yard with BBQ and couches to relax. Large mudroom can hold a bicycle indoors. No smokers (even if outside) and no pets. No lease required, but expectation of long term stay with first and last months rent ($2,200).
About the roomies
Two chill guys :) who work full time and are quiet hip hop fans. There are kids that come visit regularly as one is a dad.
