Kaila's room

I am looking to rent out the spare room in my 2 story home in Spruce Grove. The room is on the upper floor with 3 additional bedrooms, a bonus room and a bathroom. The bedroom fits a double bed and dresser with room to spare. There is room for one vehicle to park in the driveway and additional street parking. Utilities are included (heat, cable, internet, etc). There is a backyard with a deck as well.

I am a single mother with two 11 year old children (females). We are fairly quiet and keep to ourselves. I work full time and am completing my Masters Degree. My children are respectful and I have had no issues with them respecting previous roommates and their belongings.
