Unit is in a west end heritage building only blocks away from great restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, Stanley park, and lots more. The building is gorgeous and west of denman street. Walkway beside the building, bistro across the street. It’s very quiet and cozy. Unit is a newly renovated and partially furnished basement suite. Laundry room(24hr) is just down the hall. Bike room is available. The building is very quiet, well-maintained, and has a respectful community of tenants. No pets and no smoking allowed.

Utilities and high speed internet(wired and wifi) are all included and I take care of all repairs and suite issues.
