Beautiful furnished downtown apartment, two balconies, dishwasher, river valley views, bright windows. Great apartment management. My current roommate is moving to B.C., so I’m looking for a roommate for our lovely furnished apartment in Oliver! (May to August would be sublet, with opportunity to renew lease in September. Could be available in April for the right tenant.) It’s just off the river valley, 1100sq with bright windows, two balconies, dishwasher and lots of natural light! Quiet concrete building, minutes from Grant Mac, LRT and Good Life Fitness in Oliver Square. Oh, and apartment mail delivery!

The room available had sliding doors to the second balcony, and use of the main bathroom(only the bathtub/shower is shared). It is furnished with a cute day bed and a beautiful large wood dresser, but if you have your own bedroom furniture, you are also welcome to bring it! The kitchen, living and dining areas are also fully furnished, including access to use of a piano and elliptical. :)

All utilities are included for the price, as well as unlimited high speed internet. My roommate currently walks to Macewan, but transit is nearby, and there is powered (and/or covered) parking available for rent if you need. Laundry machines on each floor.

This is ideal for a student or working professional, preferably a female in her 20s or 30s. I’m a Christian 31yr female, and have two adorable (and litter trained!) pet bunnies. Unfortunately their are no additional pets allowed in the unit. No partying or overnight guests please.
