It is located on Hamilton Road, Looking for ideal renters (students encouraged), The house has been recently completely renovated everything is brand new!!!3 bedrooms and 1 full bath, a crisp clean new kitchen, new bathroom, new furnace, new electrical, new cabinets, nearly all new windows, new roof, new countertop, new fixtures throughout ..absolutely everything including drywall, insulation and siding is new. Lots of parking, and easy walk to everything downtown, private backyard.. first and last required. Preference would be given to students or those with stable jobs
