Looking for preferably Vegetarian Indian Female for a single bedroom, in a 3-bedroom apartment from April 1,2020. Looking for sincere students or professionals around age group 18-30. The apartment is 5 minutes to Seneca college Newnham campus, TTC bus stop just outside the building, swimming pool in building premises, 5 minutes bus ride to Don mills subway station, easy connectivity to Downtown Toronto, Peanut plaza in front of the building including Pizza Pizza ,Dollarama , 24 hour Max Convenient store, Tone Tai and Indian grocery store as well as 5 minutes to No frills, the rent includes Wi-Fi, utility and heating-hydro, looking for student/ working professional who wish to stay in a clean and neat apartment .
