Available April 1, 2020, accommodation in large, second floor, fully furnished bedroom of a newly renovated home in the quiet and safe neighbourhood of High Park/Bloor West steps from TTC/subway suitable for short-term program students, professionals transitioning to Toronto, as well as long-term visitors.

Accommodation in a self-contained room includes a extra long twin bed, all bed linens, night table with lamp, computer desk and chair, 8 drawer dresser, closet, and full length mirror. Common areas include an open concept kitchen/eating area, bathroom and second floor laundry facilities. Please note that as the space is currently being updated, not all furnishings are shown in the photographs.

As this room is in a private residence occupied by myself and my two children, residents would be required to respect certain rules such as no smoking or use of recreational drugs, no visitors, no pets and use of fragrance free products only, some of which are provided, i.e, laundry. Our household consists of all females, therefore, we are seeking a female resident only.

Rent of $950.00 per month includes utilities, cable, and unlimited wifi. A security deposit is required to secure accommodation and a two month minimum stay is preferred. This is a family home consisting a single parent and two children aged 11 and 15, as well as a working resident female that rents another space in the home. I have been renting space in my home for 10 years now and our family enjoys meeting new people both locally and internationally.
