I’m a calm, warm, tutor and teacher on call, with no children of my own and no pets. I’m easy to get along with, respectful, like to keep things clean, and looking for the same in housemates. I’m a non-smoker and not a partier. I’m looking for a place for 12 months+. I’m looking for a place where I can come home and unwind after a busy day in the classroom to a positive, healthy home.

I’m currently looking near Fraser Highway in Cloverdale or Fleetwood. My move-in date is August 1.
