Hello I’m a 27 year old working woman looking for a calm and quiet space to move into. I work full time 9:45-7:30, working most weekends as well. I do not party or smoke. No parking needed. I can only consider places Close to square one or heartland as I do not drive.

Budget between $800-900 for a room in a house or $1000-1100 for a room in a condo. Or $1300 for an entire basement. Everything must be included.
