Looking for a roommate July 1st!
Danielle and I are looking for a roommate (male or female) to take over the large, basement bedroom.
About the apartment: We have the main level (kitchen, living room, full bath, washer and dryer, Danielle and I’s bedrooms) and the basement (2 storage closets, large living room, full bath, large basement room) floors. Comes with washer and dryer and Central AC
Rent is 867 plus utilities (130 : 150 depending on the season) There is street parking available
Located in Vanier (Ethel & Marier)
Close to: grocery stores, LCBO, st. Laurent mall, direct bus route to Rideau/downtown
About us: We are both working full time (in office) and are very active. We both work out at Movati and play rugby. We are quite social but also appreciate our alone/down time, and enjoy doing things like playing sports, board games, cooking/baking, camping, and trying new things!
Danielle also has a cat. He’s almost 2 and incredibly friendly. He would be okay with another cat in the house :)
