Hi! My name’s David. I am originally from Edmonton, Canada, but I am living in Nelson, BC until the end of May, helping to build the foundations of a permaculture food forest. Although I’m young, I promise that I am sufficiently responsible and independent. This summer, I am looking to explore my new home province of British Columbia. I will be working in at Jericho Beach as a sea kayaking rental staff. I have the goal of becoming a certified sea kayak guide by the end of 2022. The perfect roommate would be three things: tidy, friendly, and clear communicator. Some of the things I enjoy in life include food, architecture, forests, bathing in the sun’s warmth like a lizard, and watching the neighbourhood dogs go by. My interests include hiking, painting, music, gardening, city planning, and last but not least, eating and cooking. Delicious meals are definitely a benefit of living with me.
