My work contract just got extended to the end of 2021 so I am looking for a private bedroom with a 4 month lease option (Sept 1 - Dec 31). I’m working for an environmental consulting company in Guelph.

• Have a car and require parking options
• Fully vaccinated
• Love hiking and creative writing when I am not working.

Absolute ideal location wants: Rent (utilities and wifi included) $550-$750 per month, parking included, furnished bedroom (bed and/or desk min would be ideal), 1 1/2 bath or more, quiet location, laundry machine in house.
