I recently graduated and currently working downtown. I’m looking to split a 2 bed 2 bath condo (preferably somewhere in Bathurst Quay, Trinity Bellwoods, Fashion District, or close by). I don’t mind taking the den/smaller room. My preferred move in dates would be either Sept 1 or Oct 1. For now, I’m looking for a 4-6 month lease with possible of extension. I like to keep a clean apartment and generally keep to myself, but would definitely like to keep friendly relationships with my roommates. I would probably bring guests once in a while, so I don’t mind if my roommate does so as well as long as we are both respectful. I am also fully vaccinated and would like my roommate to be as well.
