Hey! I recently moved to Kingston from Halifax after grad school for a job. I’m currently in a 1-bedroom but I would like to move out to something more affordable to pay off those student loans. I’m a pretty chill guy, respectful roommate and double vaccinated. I definitely don’t need to be best friends with my roommate but I prefer a warm atmosphere (i.e. ask how each other’s days were, etc). Open to living with grad/mature student(s) or young professionals. I also don’t have a car so I prefer to find something in a walkable neighbourhood with decent transit.
