My current roommate is moving at the end of April and I am looking for a new female roomie staring in May. I live just outside Kitsilano in Arbutus Ridge in a 2 bed/2 bath home. Very quiet and safe location, but still within 5-10 mins of Kits, downtown, south granville, etc. Your room is very large and has an en suite bathroom. The rest of the home is fully furnished. Rent is 1345 plus hydro and internet. There’s also lots of street parking if needed. Unfortunately it is not pet friendly. I’m happy to share some photos of the place as well!

I currently work for the Vancouver School Board, while growing my health drink business on the side. I am passionate about health and wellness, I love baking, working out, meeting new people, spending time at the beach, and exploring new parts of the city.
