Hi, I’m Nick or Nun! whichever is easier for you. I’m a soon-to-be working professional. I live in Toronto right now for university but will be moving to Peterborough for my job with the city. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful. I have been renting with my current landlord for 4 years now if that is any indication of stability :). I’m looking for an all-inclusive private room, the bigger the better. My budget range is up to $1000. I’m willing to go on the higher end of my budget for things like en-suite private washroom, big closet, and bigger room.. etc. I’m single. I have no pets, I don’t throw parties (I’m more on the chiller side). I don’t smoke and I prefer a non-smoking household because I’m a bit sensitive :(. I’m adaptable to my surroundings so if you want to chat/hang, I’m down. I LOVE board games, ice skating, video games, and biking! I have a bike subscription in Toronto so I’m not sure how that’ll translate to PTBO but I’ll figure something out.
