I am looking mainly for myself, however, my boyfriend would be coming over to visit me 2 or 3 times a week .

We are great to be around because we are mature, friendly, healthy, active, fun-loving, artistic and the list goes on.

Myself I am self-employed and an entrepreneur. I run a health and wellness business (KellyKinetix) mainly from home (occasionally go out to see clients in their homes). I am also a partner in another start up company.

In my spare time I love to learn Flamenco dance and singing and spend time outdoors.

My boyfriend is a musician, graphic artist and photographer. He is currently working towards also becoming a certified personal trainer.

Again, I am mostly looking for a either a bachelor or 1 bedroom basement apartment, however, with the right fit, I could also share a 2 bedroom with a roommate if you are ok with my boyfriend visiting. We could meet in advance to see if the vibes are good.

My max budget is $1000/month all-inclusive (heat, Hydro, water, hi speed internet, laundry onsite, 1 parking space/or street parking for boyfriend).

Ideally I am looking for a private apartment, but open to female roommates that don’t mind my boyfriend being around.
