Hello! My name is Matt, I’m 26 and I work in IT. I’m looking for a short-term or month to month private one bedroom room rental with a move in for end of Nov/Dec 1. I’m cool with a room in a house, apartment or condo. With a preference for downtown locations but open to other areas depending on proximity to TTC station. Preferred areas would be: College Park area, Church-Wellesley, or anywhere else close by. I’d say I’m pretty laid back and clean and would like to find the same with future roomies. When I’m not working, I’m usually hiking, biking, kickboxing, trying new bars, working out, hanging with friends, gaming and reading.
