I am a clean, tidy, quiet keep to myself kind of person. Not looking to share student type lodgings but a room of my own. I follow house rules carefully. On bus route and laundry on site are needed but own kitchenette/toilet area also preferred. If so can perhaps go a bit higher on rent. I can share with either a male or a female and am not looking for companionship. I do smoke cigarettes outside only but no drugs or alcohol and I do not invite guests to my home.
