Hi, Im looking for 1 year lease starting June/July as well. About me: Im 23 and currently finishing my last semester at Concordia and will be working full time as a software engineer when i will join you, Most of my time on weekdays would be working during the days and have fun on weekends. So i am fun and outgoing person i like the idea of making new friends and hanging out with my roommates but i also respect private space of each other.
