Hello all! ISO: A furnished room in a shared apartment/townhouse, preferably a sublet/month-to-month/short term lease for 4-5 months, with possibility to extend, starting April 1st. Price Range: 600-850 per month including utilities. Locations: Around Downtown, Bloor Annex, Bathurst, Little Italy, Trinity Bellwoods, Kensington market, Trinity Bellwoods, St. James, Cabbagetown, High Park. __ About me: My name is Samyuktha, I’m a 26 year old postgraduate student currently studying Design Management at George Brown College. I moved to Toronto about a month and a half ago and I’m put up at a monthly rental at the Annex right now and I’m looking to move a friendly home with housemates in their early/late twenties. I’m social (not too social, I wont disrupt privacy and private space, don’t worry haha), accommodative, clean and lowkey entertaining once you get to know me. I do a bit of dancing, yoga, digital art and painting during my free time and would love a creative and collaborative household. I love to meet new people and share experiences and I would love for the people I’m living with to feel so too. __ Current setup and reason to move: Its a 4 bed, 1 bath shared between 3 other middle aged men and me. It’s a very very quiet setup and they keep to themselves with very less or no communication and there is no living space in the house, only a very small shared kitchen.
