Hello, my name is Jared. I’m 25 years old. I work full time as an electrician. I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I clean up after myself, I don’t smoke, and I’m not a big party person. I love to ski and enjoy an active life style. I’m social but also enjoy my own space. Looking to sign a 12 month lease starting April 15th-May 1st. My budget is around $1000 a month. I don’t own any pets but it’s fine if you do, so long as you pay the pet deposit. Only interested in living downtown or the immediate surrounding areas. Would like to live with someone close to my age.
