I’m looking for a roommate to move into my cozy 2-bedroom apartment with my two cats and I as I had a roommate move out (For March 1) It’s a quiet, ground level apartment in the Normanview area - close to two bus stops and the Normanview Mall. Rental is through Boardwalk and everything is included except power- your half of rent would be $592, so you would definitely spend no higher than $700 to $750/month on rent and utilities. About myself- I am a mature, artistic individual that enjoys cannabis (and works in a dispensary!)- I enjoy baking, organizing/cleaning, and watching Law and Order 😂 Just looking for a roomie to share my space with that will help out sometimes with tidying up, as well as a roomie with similar interests I can really communicate with.
