Hello I’m looking for a month to month lease but also open to doing first and last deposit so 3+ months as well. I can also give notice when I’ll move out. I’m recently graduated from McMaster University with a Master’s Degree. I’m looking for a job which is why I’m looking for something short term.
As for who I am: I’m quiet and keep to myself unless I’m around calm energy. I’m cleanly and laidback. I go to the gym four days a week and others spent doing my own thing. I am also gay so really need to live with people who are queer friendly.
I’m only looking to live as a tenant with roommates with laundry onsite, kitchen available and my own private room.
