I am an independent, self-employed Nail Artist and I also work as optometry assistant. I am looking for a peaceful, clean, and spacious room in an all-female household around Coquitlam or Burnaby. I treat my living space like quiet sanctuary. I am highly responsible, respectful of shared boundaries, and have an excellent rental history with zero missed payments. I prefer female shared house or apartment for my peace of mind and safety. I would like high rise new building because I can’t deal with spiders at all or any pest issues and that’s usually common in older buildings and houses. I don’t drive yet so I rely on transit. I need somewhere that has walkable grocery stores and few min walk to SkyTrain. I need a place with convenience.

I need stable long term place if everything works out.

My daily routine is focused entirely on work, shopping, decorating, dancing ( I have large mirror so it’s important I have space in my room to move) , content creation, exercising. I need space for table and chair ( I own table and chair) if you have extra chair I could use that would also be great as I have sometimes my close friend over. I value a drama-free, hygienic environment where everyone respects each other’s privacy. I can easily provide current landlord references. Looking forward to connecting with like-minded housemates!
