Ultra clean, quiet, respectful of space and open to making new connections. I have a business hours routine 7 ish to 3 ish or so. I work with anyone who rises early or doesn’t. I am a light sleeper, so prefer ambiance to remain quiet between 9 pm through 5 am, if the following day is a workday. I am understanding and adaptable and will respect other people’s routines and privacy. I won’t likely have visitors. I am health conscious and prefer no strong fragrances. I am a simple and clean cook. In my leisure time, I seek being active in nature; training martial arts and exploring new recreational activities so often out of the house. I rarely watch TV, maybe a few times a year. I do appreciate not having to listen to commercials while at home. I’m an open communicator and like to be sure we are always comfortable in our shared home. I am flexible on furnished or non but have some super high quality new furniture that I’d love to use if it fits the space and situation. I prefer the option of longer term.
