My name is Chehak (she/her) and I’m a 25 y/o software engineer from India. I’m a first year grad student at uVic pursuing a masters in computer science at UVic this Fall. I will be working on-campus alongside studies.

I am looking for a room in a quiet, clean, all-female home starting May 2023 close to uvic (or to bus routes to uvic). My budget is around 900 CAD including utilities. I am looking at sharing space with mature individuals who like engaging in conversations but also value time alone to study or work. I am hoping to find an independent, furnished room preferably with lots of natural light.

A little bit about me:

I have been living in shared accommodations since the last 6 years so I am easy to live with and adjust well with others. I get along with basically everyone, and respect personal boundaries. I am respectful, reliable and responsible and strive to keep my surroundings organized and clean. Some of my interests include journaling, nature walks and self development in general and I also like to read. I’m pretty easygoing and university focused, but I love going out on weekends and would love to explore Victoria! I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, not much of a party person and do not have any pets. I am fully vaccinated as well. I like to stay clean and am. hoping to find roommates who keep clean as well.

I will be working part time after classes and prefer a quiet household that allows me to focus on my busy schedule, work and study.
