Hi! I’m Elnaz and I’m a very friendly and work oriented person who is currently working two jobs from 9-5 and also 6-12 so I’m generally very busy and not home often. I’m pretty open minded and laid back and keep a very clean home. I’m currently living in a one bedroom condo but would like to find a roomie to cut down on expenses seeing as I’m rarely home. I’m only interested in a female roommate who is ok with me coming home late (12am to 1am) I’m not loud and don’t have parties. I have a beautifully furnished home and would be happy to move my furniture over to a new space so I’m looking for somewhere unfurnished. I also drive so a parking space is required. My hobbies are cooking and cosmetology as well as working out :) I’d like some time to get to know a potential roommate and will also need 60days to let my current landlord know that I’m moving, so I’m looking at a 2-3month moving timeline.
