We are a couple from the UK (me Scotland, my partner England) moving to Canada on the IEC visa with jobs lined up in Squamish and so looking for some accomodation for the next 3 months at least but preferably a lot longer, potentially even our whole year here! We’ve been together almost 5 years and are 29yo female and 28yo male. I’m an ex-military nurse now switching careers to get a job in landscape design and Jason worked selling rock climbing equipment and teaching and is going to teach climbing over here.

We’re here for the climbing mainly and to go on weekend trips hiking. We’re sociable but laid back, prefer being out all day and then chilling in the evening. My partner is into skateboarding (and trying to teach me 😅) music, and a bit of gaming and I’m into art and trying new sports. We’re also just back from a tour of Thailand where we did some cooking classes and are looking forward to recreating the dishes for friends!

We don’t have any pets ourselves but I had a cat growing up, a Bengal who liked to play fetch and would love to have a place with animals around again. We don’t smoke and will keep all the communal spaces clean and tidy.

We’re looking for a place where we can have our own space but also enjoy board games and movie nights and are easygoing, not into partying.

We’re looking to get a little camper and hopefully do some road trips over the weekends aswell!
