Short: Hey everyone! I am graduating from my program this June & looking to move outta the house & find a job right after. I am open to roommate with anyone, anywhere where the TTC is for about 6mo - 1 yr. I have done my research into the market and I have found many decent places that will cost us $800 each. I also have seen some of you are not from Canada, my advice: Please make sure you avoid Brampton at all costs.

Long: So I am looking for roommates to team up in renting a place (house, basement, condo, e.t.c.) anywhere in Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough. All depends on the team we assemble. I am open to just having one roommate or 4 others.

I am currently looking for a job, but I do have enough cash + line of credit available to cover over a year of rent. I also have no outstanding debt (student loans) to pay and a credit score of 800+. So there really should be no excuses for me to miss rent.

I also run a small t-shirt printing business on the side, looking to expand it when I move out. I also am into sewing/upcycling clothing, making music, would like to get back into photo/videography again.

My other interests are the Nba, geopolitics/history, cars, computers, financial/crypto markets, snowboarding, anything science related (A.I., particle/quantum physics). There should be more I just can’t think off the top of my head right now lol.

I am chill, clean, frugal, open-minded, drama-free, sociable & reserved, honest (but not judgmental), easygoing, I want to be the ideal roommate :). If you made it down this far, might as well send me a msg let’s work together to survive in the city!
