I am a US citizen and a mental health therapist, currently working remotely. I will be working full time with Island Health on a work permit and will be applying for residency as a BC Provincial Nominee. I own my home in California and I’m looking to rent a room with my small dog in Courtenay or Comox for 6 months to a year.

I’m a quiet and respectful individual who enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking. I do not smoke or use drugs, and I take care to maintain a peaceful and considerate living environment. As a working professional, I value a balanced, low-key lifestyle and respect the boundaries and privacy of others.
