Hey, my name is Julian! I am quiet, friendly, respectful of other’s privacy, and proactive in keeping common areas tidy. I have lots of experience living with anywhere from 1-8 roommates. I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know those I share a home with, as well as respecting everyone’s time alone! Always happy to lend a hand wherever needed. I have been offered a job at the Rocky Point Bird Observatory for the fall migration season which spans from July - October. I would be looking to move in for that range, but definitely open to stay longer if it works out! I enjoy working out and spending time outdoors, exercise, meditation, and practicing a mindful and peaceful lifestyle.
