looking for a new roommate to share my 2-bed 2-bath apartment near stadium LRT, preferably someone female/nb and close to my age but willing to consider anyone that’s a good fit! you would have the second bedroom which is a decent size, your own bathroom, and access to in-suite laundry and the gym in the building. your half of the rent would be ~$1000/month, depending on if you drive, have pets, etc. since i have the master bedroom though and would like to get a good living situation sorted soon, i am open to discussing rent to fit your budget. lease renews at the end of august, but move-in can be arranged earlier as i have a bit of flexibility.

i’m relatively quiet and like to keep my space clean and tidy. i’ll be finishing up a nursing program in december, i work part-time, and i drive. would prefer to live with someone i can be friends with/hang out with but as long as you are respectful and clean up after yourself that’s fine by me :) i have a 6-year-old spayed cat who is very sweet and friendly; would prefer no more pets but can consider it (the building has a limit of 2 pets/unit). feel free to contact me for more info!
