looking for a new roommate to share a 2 bed 2 bath apartment near commonwealth stadium, preferably someone female/nb and close to my age but willing to consider anyone that’s a good fit. you would have the second bedroom which is a decent size, your own bathroom, and access to in-suite laundry and the gym in the building. your half of the rent would be ~$900, potentially higher depending on if you drive, have pets, etc. i’m relatively quiet and like to keep a clean and tidy place. i’m also a university student, work part time, and i drive. would prefer to live with someone i can be friends with/hang out with but as long as you are respectful and clean up after yourself that’s fine by me :) i have a 4-year-old spayed cat who is very sweet and friendly, would prefer no more pets but would consider it. feel free to contact me for more info!
