looking for a new roommate to share my 2-bed 2-bath apartment near commonwealth stadium - preferably someone female/nb and close to my age but willing to consider anyone that’s a good fit! you would have the second bedroom which is a decent size, your own bathroom, and access to in-suite laundry and the gym in the building. your half of the rent would be ~$1000/month, depending on if you drive, have pets, etc. since i have the master bedroom though and would like to get a good living situation sorted soon, i am open to discussing rent to fit your budget. lease renews at the end of august, but my current roommate has some flexibility with the time frame of moving i’m relatively quiet and like to keep my space clean and tidy. i’m also a university student, work part-time, and i drive. would prefer to live with someone i can be friends with/hang out with but as long as you are respectful and clean up after yourself that’s fine by me :) i have a 5-year-old spayed cat who is very sweet and friendly; would prefer no more pets but would consider it. feel free to contact me for more info!
