I am a quiet, tidy working professional. I am quite respectful of other’s space and privacy and I’m looking for someone likeminded to room with. Currently working 2 jobs, so I’m typically out of the house around 10 hours a day, 5-6 days out of the week (I work nights, first shift starts at 10pm, second shift finishes around 7am or later depending on the day, also have about 1-2 hours between shifts that I come home for). Trying to find an apartment as my first choice (willing to share if with someone likeminded), but if I cannot I am willing to settle for a room at a FAIR price. Budget is $700 for a room, willing to go up to $1200 for an apartment. Bachelor and studio apartments very welcome, so long as they are legal rental units.
