I am a mostly nice person who likes to watch movies or read books all the time. Will mostly stay by myself, but like to be in a friendly, light-natured environment. Stress-free, and nice. I work regular hours and have a healthy lifestyle.

I don’t do parties or late nights, my version of it is just a marathon of series which I like so no noise there. No Smoking, No Drugs.

I don’t have pets, don’t drink alcohol, and I am a vegetarian, but I don’t mind living with someone who can handle themselves with this. As in, do it in moderation, no alcohol abuse, do clean up after your pets properly, and meat is your choice in your section.

Money Wise: I am open to negotiation as long as my conditions are met. Ideally, I would like it under $700.
