I am a 27 year old male . I will be studying at North Island College starting in August 26 2022. I am particularly interested in the room you are renting out because of the nearby amenities and relative short commute to the college.

I believe I would be the perfect tenant because, even though I enjoy socializing ,I like my home to be a peaceful place . I am friendly and studious majoring in Global Business Management and capable of paying rent through jobs and financial support from parents.
