Hello,

My name is Jason, and I am a 30 year-old male looking for a new rental as my landlady’s partner is moving into the house, and id like to give them the space. I am a clean, full time working, understanding roommate who respects others living space and property. I have many years of experience living with roommates and so fully understand the importance of communication and respect when sharing a living space. Some of my hobbies include gardening, hockey, bouldering, video games, connecting with others, sharing some laughs, cooking, and many more. I am a sober human, no smoking. I don’t mind anything you partake in, as I still enjoy attending parties etc.

Currently watching my sisters cat as she is doing mental health work in Vancouver , I could have the cat anywhere from 4-12 weeks, but it’s not a long term situation. He’s an older cat, super sweet , doesn’t scratch anything and just likes to exist beside humans with occasional petting. He’s good with dogs and other cats .

The other thing I require is some sort of shed or storage to keep my hockey (goalie gear)

I am out of the house often, but when I am home, I don’t mind sharing a hello, or a nice conversation, while still respecting each other and giving one another space.
