Hello,

My name is Jason, and I am a 31 year-old male looking for a new rental as I am moving up to nanaimo for work. I am a clean, full time working, understanding roommate who respects others living space and property. I have many years of experience living with roommates and so fully understand the importance of communication and respect when sharing a living space. Some of my hobbies include gardening, hockey, bouldering, video games, connecting with others, sharing some laughs, cooking, and many more.

I won’t have a cat for July 1, but there is a chance I will watch my sisters cat for a month at time. He’s a sweet older rag doll / maine coone. Loves snuggles. Super soft and fluffy.

I am out of the house often, but when I am home, I don’t mind sharing a hello, or a nice conversation, while still respecting each other and giving one another space.
