Looking for someone to split 2 bed 2 bath ideally at 121 King Street West (The Boardwalk Apartments) but would consider something else nearby the Hospital.

I’m a clean, friendly, working professional. I enjoy company but also appreciate quiet time. I will often spend nights away. So, you’ll have the place to your self fairly frequently.

I have a pet dog (14 pounds) he keeps to him self mostly and doesn’t bark very often. But is slow to warm up to people.

I enjoy baking, crochet, yoga, painting, romance books, and mystery shows.

I value a clean, cozy space and open communication. Hosting dinners/holidays is fine on an infrequent basis, but needs to be discussed before hand. Parties including substances are not. If you have a partner that will be staying with you, I aspect common curtsey and will give the same in return.

Ideally looking for a female roommate around my age, non smoker (nicotine or weed) preferably no cats since I’m allergic (sadly).
