I’m a dedicated working professional in education who is quiet, respectful, and responsible.

I do not smoke or drink but do have a car and will need a parking space.

I’m interested in teaming up with a like-minded individual to share a house or aboveground apartment. Location is currently flexible within the York Region area as I’m waiting for a placement for September, but Aurora/close to the 404 would be most ideal. I love natural light and would struggle to live in a basement apartment with small windows. I’m fine with a smaller bedroom but prefer a separate office space or use the living room area to complete planning/marking when needed.

I currently have a dog who is very friendly and loves attention and walks so having access to a fenced backyard with some grass is essential.
