Budget: $1000-1500 I’m looking for either a unfurnished bachelor/one bedroom or a bedroom in a shared apartment/house for myself and my 10 year old friendly 25 pound min pin named Blackie.

I’m quiet, respectful, friendly and social. I like to cook/bake (sharing), game nights (board & video), hanging out with friends and taking Blackie out to play fetch & explore new places.

I have a car and would prefer off street parking if possible.
