Hi, i’m looking for a room to rent while I attend NBCC Saint John this school year. I would need it to have heat, lights, laundry, water, internet and parking included as I will driving to school everyday. I’m only looking for a short term rent, month to month. I’m a non smoker and do not want a smoking environment. I’m a respectful guy, I keep to myself and will keep my space tidy and clean. If a private bathroom is an option that would be preferred. I will be coming home to visit my family and girlfriend every other weekend or more than that. It would need to be somewheres within 15 minutes of NBCC Saint john, preferably on the east side. Please message me if you or someone you know has something available. I need a place immediately.
