Hi all, I am looking to downsize from my 5 bedroom house to something executive and smaller. I am ONLY interested in new updated executive accomodations that are bright and close to ammenities. I am often gone out of town for work, so not often home except over the Wintertime. Looking for easy-gping, fun natured adults if shared accomodations. I am a clean FREAK and expect the same of any potential room-mates. Not opposed to 420 and smoking as long as it is not inside, and please no party animals with habits.
