Hello i’m 77. haha.
And i have a pet unicorn that loves Maple Syrup.

I am a World Artist based in Toronto. (atm) that is looking for a space to live & A community to bring art to. I like to work with the run down space that others can’t see the beauty in. I make a HOME a Home, I have mad tools and skills. I was told I am a Landlords wet dream (no flooded Apartments please). leaving a trail of epic spaces where ever i lay my hat as my home.

Finding that safe space that i can leave “my life” as I work out of country for months at a time is paramount, it’s big BIG trust that is rewarded with a super practical roomie and friend. I drive and don’t need to eat meat to enjoy food.

I enjoy making a space functional and comfortable. I find a little investment can make a world of difference. I keep my space clean and make a point to improve anywhere live.
