Hey, my name is Mark Middaugh I’m looking for a roommate to rent a 1 or 2-bedroom apartment or house in Edmonton. My expectations are that my roommate is a male who works and agrees on a contract where when they’re away in the evening or the afternoon when they’re working I can focus on my fitness,boxing, yoga and martial arts. I’m a clean, negotiable, reasonable person. And am willing to negotiate a noise-free time in the contract, to satisfy both parties. My budget is 600 to 700. For a 2 bedroom.
