Im looking for a female with or without kids to rent a house with in welland long term. I have a young daughter & work nights so prefer a single female, or at least that it is agreed the boyfriend isn’t to be in the home when I’m not there & my child is. I have a large male dog so male dogs would not be welcomed at all–Ive tried that before & my dog got hurt. I’ll be attending Niagara College at least until Dec, 23rd which I will then be working full time days & nights. Whoever moves in would need to be ok with my family coming over to watch my daughter for a few hrs each day, & spending nights there while I’m at work. ( I’m open to discussing having you be the sitter). The right person will be responsible, clean, and willing to have rent sent directly especially if you aren’t working. No drugs are allowed to be done in the home, this includes weed (exception is you take a walk to smoke) No Partying!! Due to people backing out last minute in the past, I will not even start looking for a house until I have a written contract stating you agree to rent a home with me for no less than 6 months, and if you move out sooner, that you agree to pay your side of the rent until a replacement is found. This may seem extreme, however, I will not have my daughter becoming homeless again due to another person not being responsible or reliable. So this somewhat ensures I find the right person to rent a home with. Thank you
