I’m a UOttawa grad working full time with a part time job. I am just returning from medical leave however. I was meant to move Sept 1 but my health prolonged the process. Thankfully, I am 90% recovered and only getting better now 😊

I need a furnished place under $1000 in a more central Ottawa neighborhood. I am able to afford up to $1200 for a nice unit (walk in, AC, amenities etc). I need a smoking friendly roommate/building. I have no intention of hotboxing the place lol but if there’s a balcony, terrace or covered back of the building, big window etc, that would be great. I say smoking friendly as my experience so far is that certain places really don’t mind smoke as long as it’s not too frequent, pungent and little to no complaints and would prefer such places.

I’m friendly and easygoing. At my worst, my mess remains within the bedroom but generally consistently clean up after myself. Don’t have a lot of people over. Mostly listen to music and watch tv/movies/YouTube.

I can be introverted but I love to make friends and I’m so open to chilling and hanging out. I love to cook, take walks, try new activities and have deep/intellectual conversations.
